Energy Transfer Corporation (ETC) is constructing an approximately 129-mile, 20-inch NGL pipeline (“ETC Justice Pipeline”) from the tailgate of a natural gas processing plant being constructed by ETC in Jackson County, Texas and extending to Mont Belvieu, with connections to other pipelines and fractionators along the way. The pipeline will have a design capacity of 340,000 barrels per day and will be 100% owned and operated by ETC. The completion of this pipeline is expected by the third quarter of 2012. Additionally, ETC is constructing an 8-inch, approximately 20-mile NGL pipeline extension in Wharton County, to the Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP Sweeney Complex in Brazoria County, Texas. The extension is expected to be complete by the first quarter of 2012. The new NGL pipeline an open access, common carrier systems.
